Question: Is there a way to make phone calls by going through another person's cell phone voicemail box?

For over 3 yrs. I have stayed within my cell phone plan minutes. Over the past couple of months, those minutes have been exceeded alot. In review of the call history there are telephones numbers that are not immediately recognized? Any possible explanations for this? On another site, (Quest) the fraud section listed 4 ways theives can steal on this matter. One way was through the voicemail but it didn't explain how that occurs. Any information on this? |
