How to fix call problems with Virgin Mobile cellphone?
I've had Virgin Mobile for a long time now. I've never been able to use the call feature. When I had bonus minutes, I couldn't make or receive calls, when I switched to the Beyond Talk plan recently, I couldn't make or receive calls.It does the following whenever I dial someone's number, it rings once, then says " The feature code you've entered is not valid. Message 1 switch 191." . When calling my cellphone, it gives me a busy signal every time.I've tried calling Virgin Mobile tech support too many times to count now. They always tell me to re program my phone, which consists of deleting numbers on a screen, and re entering the same numbers that were there before, and hope that fixes the problem. Failing that, they tell me they'll open up an investigation, which takes 48 hours, and it never fixes my problem.Recently, they sent me a replacement phone, an upgrade, hoping that would fix the problem. It didn't. Same exact problem as before. Same exact error message. Called VM tech support again, and they told me they'll open an investigation, which will take 24 72 hours.Is there any Virgin Mobile customers out there that have had this problem? Was it ever resolved? How'd they fix it? Does anyone have any idea of what I could do at this point to finally fix my phone?
