Syncing iphone app data?
When ever you delete an app on your iphone it says " deleting App name will also delete all of its data" , is there any way to prevent this from happening? Like storing all of the app's progress on the computer? So that you can delete it to free up space, sync it to another device and still have all the progress made, etc.? I know can sync the apps themselves, but what about the data that goes with that app. I am specifically referring to games I would not want to lose all of the stuff I have gained in certain games . when i go to my home screen, it shows that i need to " update" cuz i have 7 changes to make on cydia...... if i make those 7 changes, will it change my iphone back to just a regular ipod? b c once, i accidently restored my iphone on itunes and it changed back to just a regular ipod no more phone to call, etc. so im wondering if cydia will do that to my iphone. or will it just make the changes and leave my settings alone? please let me know i dont know what to do.
