Question: Virgin mobile phone help?

I bought the $25 plan but I recently ran out of minutes so I added a $10 top up. But now my texts dont work anymore. Did the top up affect my texts? If not then what should I do to send a text? I cant send or recieve texts. Everything works. Since I added money I got more minutes which work and my unlimited internet works too but my unlimited texting isnt.
