Question: What mobile phone shall i get?

Hello, does anyone know of a phone that has/ is this? - Up to 60- 70pounds, maybe higher if its an amazing phone - Qwerty keyboard - preferably touchscreen - camera(over 2.5mb) - quite a lot of memory THANKS, if you can help!
