Question: Im trying to swap virgin mobile phones?

I just bought a used rumor touch online and i want to do the swap phones thing to keep my same number. When i press swap phones and put in the new phones serial number it gives me the message "Were sorry, you need to migrate the plan on your account to continue " What do i do!

So did i!! but i got a loft. anyways i have no idea!! and noone wants to answer the stupid phone so im stuck with my useless fone.. >. <
